This conference is the first of its type hosted by Heart Niagara. We are looking for support
from up to six pharma partners to attract 175-200 health professionals from across Ontario.
The sponsorship will be applied to speaker fees, materials, promotion and catering.
The attendee conference registration fee will offset the balance of the budget.
Heart Niagara has developed the conference presentations on current evidence about the
origins of cardiovascular disease (CVD), adolescent cardiovascular risk, early CVD risk
detection, and secondary prevention risk detection.
