Heart Niagara's mission is to empower people in our community to take control of their heart health.This is accomplished by providing children and adults with education, training, services and tools delivered through strategic alliances.

Programs and services are provided with the support and financial generosity of our corporate, health professional and community alliances. Heart Niagara receives additional support through corporate donations, service clubs and special events.

Heart Niagara is a registered non-profit charitable corporation whom relies on the financial support of our community; all dollars go directly to provide programs in the Niagara Region. Heart Niagara’s mission is the teaching of prevention and treatment of heart disease, stroke and diabetes to the citizens and medical personnel of Niagara through programs of public education, vascular risk management, and health promotion.
