Chilled Strawberry Soup

Prep Time: 5 Min Servings: 4 servings Difficulty: very easy

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups Strawberries
  • 1⁄2 cup Sugar, or to taste
  • 1⁄2 cup Orange Juice
  • 1⁄2 cup Water

Directions:

  1. Process strawberries and juice in a food processor.
  2. Pour into a large bowl. Add water and sugar to taste.
  3. Chill and serve.

Notes:

Frozen berry or fruit mixtures can be substituted for fresh fruit. Add water to thin.
