Apple Crisp

Prep Time: 40 Min Servings: 6 servings Difficulty: Very Easy


  • 6 cup Sliced apples
  • 3⁄4 cup Brown sugar, packed
  • 1⁄4 cup All purpose flour
  • 1⁄2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup Non-hydrogenated margarine
  • 1⁄4 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1⁄4 cup Ground flax


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Lightly spray an 8 inch square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Layer apple slices in pan.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl until crumbly and pour over apples.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
