Fresh Peach Crumble Pie

Prep Time: 1 Hour Servings: 8 servings Difficulty: Very Easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 Frozen pie shell

Filling

  • 5 cup Fresh peaches, sliced and skinned
  • 3⁄4 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Tapioca
  • 1⁄4 tsp Almond extract

Topping

  • 1⁄2 cup Non-hydrogenated margarine
  • 1⁄2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Oatmeal

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400º F.
  2. Mix filling ingredients and pour into pie shell.
  3. Mix sugar and oatmeal. Cut in margarine.
  4. Sprinkle topping evenly over pie.
  5. Bake pie for 50-60 minutes.
