KNOW THE SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF a STROKE

A stroke can happen to anyone, at any time, and any place.  Knowing the signs and symptoms of a stroke is the first step to ensuring medical help is received immediately. For each minute a stroke goes untreated and blood flow to the brain continues to be blocked, a person loses about 1.9 million neurons. This could mean that a person’s speech, movement, memory, and so much more can be affected.  When you have a stroke, your brain isn’t getting the blood it needs. The sooner you get help, the less likely you’ll have serious, lasting problems. And the better your chance of recovery.

Recognizing a STROKE quickly, can help you save a life!  Here are the signs:
