Prep time: 30 minutesServes: 2 Ingredients: 1 lb Sweet potatoes, each cut lengthwise into 6 wedges 2 tsp Canola oil 1⁄4 tsp Paprika 1/8 tsp Garlic powder Black pepper Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. 2. Place potato wedges in a bowl. Add oil, paprika and garlic powder. 3. Season with pepper and toss to coat. 4. Transfer to a non-stick baking sheet.
