- 210ml Jar sun dried tomatoes in oil, drained
- 398ml Can plum tomatoes, drained
- 300ml Jar roasted red peppers, drained
- 250-300g Feta cheese
- Few drops hot sauce
1. Puree tomatoes, peppers and hot sauce in a food processor until smooth. Add feta cheese and process another few minutes.
2. Serve cold with selection of vegetables and/or flatbreads. Makes 20 servings.
