Roasted Red Dip

Ingredients:

  • 210ml Jar sun dried tomatoes in oil, drained
  • 398ml Can plum tomatoes, drained
  • 300ml Jar roasted red peppers, drained
  • 250-300g Feta cheese
  • Few drops hot sauce

Directions:

1. Puree tomatoes, peppers and hot sauce in a food processor until smooth. Add feta cheese and process another few minutes.

2. Serve cold with selection of vegetables and/or flatbreads. Makes 20 servings.
