Seafood Salad

Prep time: 20 minutes (plus 2 hours for marinade)
Serves: 12+


  • 2 cup Cooked shrimp
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Squid
  • 2 cup Imitation crab
  • 2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 cup Carrot, shredded
  • 1 tbsp Hot pepper rings, diced
  • 1 cup Celery, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1⁄2 cup Sliced olives
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 3⁄4 cup Canola oil
  • 1 Lemon


1.Thinly slice squid (see back of fish section divider), rinse shrimp and cut or shred imitation crab.

2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and add squid, shrimp and cook until opaque. Add imitation crab and warm through.

3. Cut lemon in half and squeeze over seafood mixture. Transfer to glass bowl and add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate at least two hours (better overnight). Serve on a bed of salad greens.
