Ingredients: 210ml Jar sun dried tomatoes in oil, drained 398ml Can plum tomatoes, drained 300ml Jar roasted red peppers, drained 250-300g Feta cheese Few drops hot sauce Directions: 1. Puree tomatoes, peppers and hot sauce in a food processor until smooth. Add feta cheese and process another few minutes. 2. Serve cold with selection of vegetables and/or flatbreads.
