Berry Breakfast Quinoa

Ingredients

2 cups of Quinoa
3 cups of water
1 cup of frozen berries
1/3 cup brown sugar

Directions

1. Bring water and quinoa to a rolling boil, once boiling turn temperature down to low. Let cook for 15-20 minutes (or until water is gone).

2. Once the quinoa is fluffy like rice or sticky like oatmeal add the berries and brown sugar. Stir the mixture. Cover the pot for 5 minutes to warm the berries.

3. Serve and enjoy!
