Healthy Fudgsicles

Ingredients 1 cup non-dairy milk 4-6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 2 fresh ripe avocados, smallish ¼ cup agave Dash of salt (this heightens the chocolate flavor)  Directions 1. Puree all of the ingredients in your blender until creamy and smooth. Feel free to add more cocoa or sweetener to suit your tastes. 2. Fill your molds, freeze, or store in the fridge for a yummy pudding!!

Blueberry Bundt Cake

Ingredients 2 cups white whole wheat flour 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda ½ cup raw sugar 1 cup non-dairy milk ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce 1 cup powdered sugar 1 tsp orange juice, fresh 1 tbsp. orange zest Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. 2. Grease a Bundt pan and set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar. 3.
