6 cups mixed salad greens, chopped roughly
1/4 cup raw walnuts, chopped
1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
1 large tart green apple, chopped
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons orange juice
1. Combine salad green, walnuts, onion and apple or cherries in a large bowl.
2. In a small bowl, mix vinegar and juice.
3. Dress salad just before serving and enjoy!
