Heart Niagara is comprised of a qualified Board of Directors, staff and volunteers from a variety of backgrounds. Our trained, experienced and passionate team aim to provide innovative and effective cardiac health education and services for all 12 Niagara municipalities. If you are a certified CPR, AED and/or First Aid Instructor, contact Heart Niagara to be considered as needed. Mail-Out Support	Schools	Sort, fold and organize school mail outs. Seal envelopes and run through postage machine	As Needed
Guest Blogger	Website	Craft and write a 250-500 word blog about being healthy from your point of view. Can include being active, eating healthy, challenges etc.
Youth Advisor (ages 14-25)	Committee	Provide insight, feedback and direction for youth programs related to health	TBA
Focus Group Member	Schools	Participate in a schools program scenario, provide feedback and discussion re: process, thoughts, feelings and ways to improve	TBA
Website Support	Website	Assist in the creation and editing of the website	As Needed
Assistant Coach	HeartCore	Work with clients through their training routine, set weights on machines, track and time progress

Please note that staff, students, and volunteers must have a recent Criminal Record check. To participate in the Healthy Heart Schools Program, a Vulnerable Sector check will be required.
