22nd Annual Hearts In Motion Golf Tournament

Here's your chance to get one more round of golf in for the season and help the Healthy Heart Schools' Program. This program reached over 5,000 students per year, instructing CPR and AED, PLUS providing education on early recognition and prevention of heart disease. If you are not a golfer , but would like to help the Healthy Heart Schools' program continue, we are looking for corporate sponsorship, hole sponsors and prize donations

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION

Register before September 27th and pay only $250.00 per player.

Register from September 28th to October 2st $275.00 per player.

Tournament Schedule: 9:30 a.m. Registration and Continental Breakfast 11:00 a.m. Shotgun Start, Lunch will be provided at your cart 4:00 p.m. Cocktail Hour 5:00 p.m. Dinner and Awards
