First Aid Training

Our bodies are susceptible to injuries, illnesses, and trauma. We never know when an injury will happen to us, a co-worker, friend, family member, or someone else.

First Aid training will provide you with the knowledge to help save a life and react confidently during an emergency situation.

The 5 top reasons First Aid training is so important:

    1. Increases safety: The basis of first aid training is prevention. Knowledge of first aid promotes the sense of safety and well-being among people. Education and awareness increases safe procedures and practices that can reduce the number of injuries and accidents.
    2. Helps save lives: If a person who is able to deliver first aid comes across a situation they are capable of taking action and can save a life. By being trained you become more reliable, confident and in control for any situation to come your way.
    3. Helps relieve pain: Some injuries require a simple solution like applying an ice pack and resting. Where a ride to the emergency room is not always necessary, it all depends on how severe the injury is. Someone who is qualified in first aid can immediately start performing their learned skills to reduce pain and discomfort.
    4. Sense of security: The sense of security promotes a healthy confident environment around you and others when an emergency arises, this will decrease the amount of panic around the area.
    5. Prevents the situation from becoming worse: A trained first aid person has the skills and knowledge to keep the situation from becoming bad to worse. They can provide temporary treatment that can keep the condition of the victim from deteriorating, till medical help arrives.
