Inevitably, aging comes with deterioration in physiological functions, resulting to changes in the cardiovascular system, bones, joints, muscles, the digestive system, teeth, and skin, among many others. These changes increase the risk of disease conditions, including but not limited to high blood pressure/hypertension and other cardiovascular problems.

However, there are several factors that influence the appearance and experience of aging. So, what can you do? The goal is to begin early on, rather than at an age considered ‘old’ to form long-term wellness habits that will be beneficial to the aging process.

Yet, upon access, a great number of the population do not feel heard or entirely understood regarding these needs.
